The flat brushes in the 394 series are made of synthetic fibers that have been specially developed for da Vinci FORTE BASIC. They combine the properties of hair and bristles. da Vinci FORTE synthetic brushes guarantee a clean line edge and a reliable brush tip. The water-based lacquered handle of these brushes is barely perceptibly flattened at its thickest point, which prevents it from rolling away. Use the da Vinci FORTE BASIC synthetic brush specifically for applying paint to large areas, e.g. for painting rough surfaces such as wood, cardboard, raw porcelain, ceramics and much more.
