SALES / SHIPPING CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

ORDER : Orders can be placed via the webshop, by fax or telephone

INVOICE : Companies - schools - hospitals - retirement homes - occupational therapy - government agencies - daycare centers - non-profit organizations, etc. are supplied against invoice. KV reserves the right to reject orders without giving reasons if the credit check is negative. Small orders, clearance items, express and "ex works orders" are only delivered against advance payment.

For advance payment, we expect payment to be received within 10 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

PAYMENT / PAYMENT IN ADVANCE : Invoices are to be paid net within 30 days. If the payment deadline is not met, a first and second reminder will be sent for CHF 5.00, followed by a final reminder for CHF 50.00 plus a surcharge for inconvenience. We will then hand the matter over to our debt collection agency. The damages incurred due to late payment in accordance with OR 103 of at least CHF 50.00 as well as interest on late payment will be charged in full to the buyer.

PROCUREMENT PRODUCTS: Order cancellation and return is not possible for products specially ordered from the factory.

DELIVERY : If in stock, the products will be delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery by our logistics partner is only possible against personal signature. No delivery to PO boxes or parcel collection points, etc. possible.

The customer is obliged to check the products delivered by our logistics partner for completeness and correctness immediately after receipt and to report any defects, damage or complaints to Kreativ-Versand in writing immediately, but no later than within 3 days, stating your customer, invoice and order number. In principle, there is no right to return products that the customer has ordered based on incorrect assumptions or in error. We only accept returns / exchanges after prior agreement.

COMPLAINTS:

Complaints can only be considered within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

BACKLOGS: will be delivered carriage paid immediately after receipt

RESERVATION OF TITLE : The delivered goods are subject to our unrestricted retention of title until full payment has been made.

OTHER RESERVATIONS AND LIABILITY : We reserve the right to make errors in the display of prices, images, product descriptions or editorial content, as well as delivery options, order acceptance, price changes and other errors. Our liability for the commercial quality of the items offered is limited and restricted to replacement delivery or the rectification of any complaints. We cannot accept liability for consequential damage. Unfortunately, chalk and pens that may have broken during transport cannot be replaced. Inkjet paper, books and "ex works orders" are only delivered against advance payment. - No right of exchange/return on "ex works orders"!

INFORMATION OF A TECHNICAL NATURE : as well as processing instructions for products supplied by us are provided without obligation, to the best of our knowledge and to the exclusion of any liability.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY : Kreativ-Versand reserves the ownership and copyright for the entire web shop and for parts of this website and permits the transfer to third parties only with written permission.

JURISDICTION : These General Terms and Conditions and the contracts concluded on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Meilen.
