The AKADEMIE Oil color includes a harmonious palette of 48 colors that have been carefully selected to offer a balanced and didactically useful range. The range contains both opaque and transparent colors and is particularly versatile thanks to the addition of four different white tones, each with specific uses (for mixing with graduated lightening power and as an underpainting white). With the three primary tones magenta, cyan and yellow, mixing pure secondary tones is easy to learn.

The shades allow for brilliant results thanks to a variety of single-pigment shades, whether in their pure form or in mixtures. The use of natural sunflower oil guarantees not only an optimal drying time, but also a smooth consistency.
